To celebrate Easter 2017, our two Chefs have drawn inspiration from our seasonal Circus theme to design two eggs with chocolate sourced from equatorial regions and almond chips, one for « Mrs », the other one for « Mr », featuring iconic big top colors.
The « Mrs » egg is an impressive black egg decorated with white snowflakes to conjure up the dreamlike, fairy-tale atmosphere of the circus.
The very limited edition « Mr » egg is adorned with a red ribbon and delicately decorated with artistically applied melted black detail on a white background. This blend of colors provides a delicious treat as you enjoy a relaxing, indulgent break.
On Easter Sunday, the Hotel du Collectionneur is offering a brunch featuring a whole host of flavors to enjoy with family or friends, which is sure to appeal to all ages.
Young explorers will have fun discovering the architecture of the hotel on an Easter egg hunt organized especially for them.
